Technicolor Federal Credit Union (TFCU) commissioned Artime Group to redesign and enhance their website, www.technicolorfcu.org. Robert Baron, SVP, Member Services oversees and drives the Credit Union’s marketing initiatives. Mr. Baron commissioned the agency to produce an overall brand lift, improve the user experience and develop a more intuitive navigation.
The new website responds to the needs of their members by providing banking information regarding loans, rates and investments. It also provides online access to personal banking accounts and other exclusive member services. “The new website is optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop screens. It now offers current and prospective members a more responsive design allowing easy access to a wide range of resources,” said Sam Kim, Artime Group’s Vice President of Interactive Technologies. “As brands continue to migrate to a digital first mind-set, a well-designed and intuitive website is critical for building brand value and customer engagement.” Beyond the ‘front-end’ redesign, the agency also oversaw the proper and secure ‘back-end’ linking with third-party service providers.
